Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil’s Secret Life
Do you own anything leather? We’ve heard leather treatments can get a little spendy. Not that we would know. We bet you have a pretty good guess what we use. Test an area of your patent leather with a small amount of the oil to soften and smooth it. Works like a charm for us.
Run out of shaving cream? This one is a hit for both the guys and gals out there. Coconut oil is thick enough that the risk of nicking yourself is pretty low. As an oil, however, it allows for a close shave that works wonders.
Sick of getting chowed on by pesky bugs whenever you set foot outdoors in the summertime? Coconut Oil is a natural bug repellant that doesn’t come with the usual harsh smells when mixed with essential oils such as mint or rosemary.
Get a face full (not literally, but you get the jist) of lustrous lashes. Lightly coat your eyelashes in in coconut oil before you go to sleep. It will make them stronger over time as well as improve growth.
Going camping? Make life a little easier for yourself by skipping the trip to the hardware store for lighter fluid. Just don’t forget the coconut oil. You can make a flame by putting coconut oil soaked cotton balls over your firewood and kindling.
This is merely a starter pack of all the things a bottle of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil can do. Here’s to hoping we didn’t get the dreaded “I told you so.”
